Académie of Stars focuses on developing young talents in the art of performing. The academy offers a holistic staple of internationally recognised syllabi in music, dance, theater and communications up to diploma level. The academy also offers proprietary triple-threat performance program called “STARS” for various age group.
As a service to our students, our talent casting division seeks out opportunities in professional engagements on screen and on stage productions.
Protégés of Academie of Stars benefit from being cast in music videos, short films and infotainment programming for social media by our production division, VidAoS™.

Kuo Po’s vision for the Académie is to produce star-quality young talents ready for the world stage in this new digital era.
Kuo Po founded Kids Performing Academy of the Arts (2004-2018). Her students have performed in New York’s Carnegie Hall, Disney Paris and Hong Kong.
Kuo Po’s protégés performed milestone events in Singapore. This included Singapore Evening for World Leaders 2009 at the Esplanade, Asean Tourism Dinner Gala and HOMETEAM 50th Anniversary show and many more.
About our Trainer - Matt Jasper
An experienced actor, singer, lecturer, director, musical director, voice coach and writer, Matt has been working in theatre, television and film since the age of seven years old.
He holds a B.A. (Acting ad Musical Theatre) from the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama and an M.A. (Applied Linguistics) from the University of Leicester as well as holding medals and certificates in speech and drama from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. He has taught at many of the schools in Singapore (currently is the Drama Coach for Raffles Institution), lectured at NTU and the National Institute fo Education, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and La Salle, has given masterclasses at Lucasfilm and has trained corporate clientele from the fields of banking and law.
As a performer he was worked on television (BBC, Central television, Mediacorp), appeared in musicals and operas in the U.K. and Singapore, narrated shows for the National Geographic Channel, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, ESPN. His proudest moments were performing with Yo Yo Ma and The Silk Road Ensemble at the Esplanade Theatre and performing alongside Jamie Cullum for the Queen’s birthday celebrations.
Matt, who has lived in Singapore for the last eighteen years, is married to a Singaporean and has two sons.
